Refund Policy
Cancellations
received in writing to Smithink 2020's office thirty (30) days prior to
the workshop/conference commencement date will receive a refund less a
handling fee. No refund will be given after this date; however, an
alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and
substitutions must be made in writing to Smithink 2020, PO Box 729,
Milsons Point NSW 1565.
